ITNX provides computer repair, networking, security camera installation, remote support, and related IT services for residential and small business clients.

Services may be provided on-site or remotely, depending on the nature of the request.


Estimates & Authorization

  • Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time.
  • Additional work or changes in scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
  • By requesting service, you authorize ITNX to perform the agreed-upon work.

Remote Support

  • Remote support is provided using secure third-party tools such as AnyDesk.
  • You must grant permission before any remote session begins.
  • You remain responsible for your data and system during remote sessions.
  • Some issues may not be resolvable remotely and may require on-site service.

Billing & Payment

  • Services are invoiced after completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
  • We accept online payments through secure third-party payment processors.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations & Appointments

  • Appointment times are scheduled in advance and may be subject to availability.
  • We request notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
  • Missed appointments may result in a service fee.

Data & Responsibility

  • While we take care when working on your systems, ITNX is not responsible for data loss.
  • Clients are encouraged to maintain current backups before service begins.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hardware failures, or software defects.

Hardware & Software

  • Hardware and software recommendations are made based on compatibility and reliability.
  • ITNX is not responsible for manufacturer defects or third-party software limitations.
  • Warranties for hardware or software are provided by the manufacturer, not ITNX, unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITNX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.


Service Refusal

ITNX reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, or suspected fraudulent activity.


Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
