How Remote Support Works

Step 1: Open AnyDesk

After installing (or running) AnyDesk, you will see your AnyDesk Address (a number such as 123 456 789).

Step 2: Contact Us

Call or text us and provide your AnyDesk Address.

We will request permission to connect. You stay in control at all times and can end the session whenever you choose.

Supported Devices

Remote support is available for Windows PCs and Macs. Other devices may be supported by request.

Remote Support Guidelines

Before we begin, please review the following:

  • You must be present during the session unless unattended access has been explicitly agreed to in advance.
  • We do not access personal files, passwords, or private information unless required to resolve the issue and only with your permission.
  • We will never ask for passwords or request access without your approval.
  • Remote support is limited to the issue(s) discussed. Any additional work will be approved before continuing.
  • Some problems cannot be resolved remotely and may require on-site service or additional hardware/software. If so, we will inform you during the session.

Billing:
Remote support is invoiced after the session is completed. You will receive a secure invoice by email with online payment options.
